Sachin Tendulkar celebrated his 49th birthday on April 24, 2022. His fans and former cricket players flooded social media with best wishes. He is a cricket superstar and his birthday is like a festival specially in India.
Sachin Tendulkar is the only player to have played 200 test matches. He played for almost two decades. He made his test debut at the age of 16 against Pakistan in 1989. Sachin played 664 matches for India (200 Tests, 463 ODIs, and a T20I).
Tendulkar made 15,921 test runs and Master Blaster scored 18426 ODI runs, both records still standing. He is the only man on the planet to score 100 centuries in international cricket.
In all the birthday wishes, one stood out (negative reasons) for its sly dig at Sachin Tendulkar. May be it was a deliberate attempt to get attention of Indian fans. Indians fans are some of the most die hard fans in cricket world and they did not spare England’s Barmy Army when they posted a pic of Sachin’s dismissal from a Test match in England.
